Can you decline my withdrawal?

Unfortunately, once submitted, withdrawals cannot be cancelled or reversed. This is in line with safer gambling guidelines. Your withdrawal should be processed within 24 hours, as per our T&Cs.

Visa Direct withdrawals should reach your account within 4 hours of being processed. Any withdrawal that cannot be processed via Visa Direct may take up to 2–3 working days to arrive, depending on your bank.
