Why can't I use my free bet?

All free bets need to be claimed via Account > Bonuses > Available Bonuses. Any unclaimed free bets will appear here and, once claimed, they’ll show up under Active Free Bets on your account.

You can view the T&Cs for the free bet and once you have added the selections to the bet slip, you will be given the option to use your free bet.
