To self-exclude from our services, please click here or, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your QuinnBet account.
2. Go to Safer Gambling Tools (available here when logged in) in the account menu.
3. Select Time Out / Self Exclusion.
4. Click on the Self Exclusion tab.
5. Choose your preferred self-exclusion period from the available options: 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years.
6. Click Submit Changes to confirm.
Once your self-exclusion is in place, you will no longer be able to access your account or use any QuinnBet services during the selected period. You will also be removed from all marketing communications. Any open bets in your account will be settled as normal and any balance on your account will be returned.
Once your Self-Exclusion period has expired, if your wish to reopen your account, you will need to contact our Safer Gambling team HERE and complete our reopen procedure prior to having any access to your account.
