To time-out, please click here or, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your QuinnBet account.
2. Go to Safer Gambling Tools (available here when logged in) in the account menu.
3. Select Time Out / Self Exclusion.
4. Click on the Time-Out tab.
5. Choose your preferred Time-Out period from the available options: 24 hours, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month, or a custom period up to a maximum of 6 weeks.
6. Click Submit Changes to confirm.
Once your time-out is in place, you will no longer be able to access your account or use any QuinnBet services during the selected period. You will also be removed from all marketing communications.
Any open bets in your account will be settled as normal during your time-out period and your balance will remain on account. If you would like to withdraw any balance on your account during your Time Out, or you require any other assistance with the process, please contact our Customer Support team at support@quinnbet.com. Once your time-out period has expired you will be free to log in to your account again.
